Dennis Slochower, MD - Comprehensive Ophthalmology

Dennis Slochower, M.D. is Board certified in ophthalmology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American College of Surgeons. His areas of expertise include Cataract and Intraocular Lens Surgery, Laser Refractive Surgery, Glaucoma and External Diseases of the eye.

Dr. Slochower received his medical degree from the Chicago Medical School . He conducted his medical internship at Framingham Union Hospital and Boston University Medical before completing his residency in Ophthalmology at New York Eye and Ear Infirmary.

Dr. Slochower has authored several articles and has lectured nationally. He has produced several surgical films and received a prestigious award for innovative cataract and implant techniques from the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.

Dr. Slochower performs all his laser vision correction procedures at the Kremer Laser Eye Center in King of Prussia where he has access to the most technologically advanced equipment and specially trained staff.

Dr. Slochower is on staff at Frankford Hospital , Holy Redeemer Hospital , The Kremer Laser Eye Center and Liberty Eye Surgical Center . He is also an active committee member and consultant to a number of professional organizations.
