Jonathan S. Myers, M.D. received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Pennsylvania Medical School, following this with completing his Ophthalmology residency at Wills Eye Hospital. He then obtained his Glaucoma Fellowship at Duke University Eye Center.

Dr. Myers has given many lectures in his specialty, including a presentation at Hadassah Hospital in Jerusalem. He has written several articles that have been published in various Ophthalmology journals, including the American Journal of Ophthalmology. He is presently the Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Jefferson Medical College where he instructs the residents and medical students in the practice of medicine and the specialty of Ophthalmology. Dr. Myers serves on numerous committees at Wills Eye Hospital, including the Residency Selection Committee and the Wills Eye Executive Council.

Dr. Myers’ areas of interest include the medical and surgical management of glaucoma and clinical research into the causes of and novel treatments for glaucoma. He has been selected as Philadelphia Magazine’s “Top Doctors” for five consecutive years, where his surgical skills are highly recognized in the field of Glaucoma.

He joined the private practice of Spaeth, Katz, Myers, the premier Glaucoma practice at Wills Eye Hospital, where he continues to use his ophthalmologic knowledge in the treatment and management of glaucoma.

Dr. Myers evaluates and treats Keystone Eye Associates’ patients at our conveniently located Northeast Philadelphia office.
